Terms and Conditions for Open Access Publication under Track2Training Books

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the open access publication of works under Track2Training Books ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a work for publication, you ("Author," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms:

1. Open Access Publication

1.1 Open Access Model: Track2Training Books operates under an open access model, allowing the public to freely access, download, and share published works. This means your work will be available online without subscription or payment barriers.

1.2 License Agreement: By submitting your work, you agree to publish it under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, unless otherwise specified. This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon your work, even commercially, as long as they credit you for the original creation.

2. Author Responsibilities

2.1 Original Work: You affirm that the work submitted for publication is your original creation and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material within your work.

2.2 Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information, data, and content within your work are accurate and properly referenced. Any errors or inaccuracies are your responsibility to correct.

2.3 Ethical Standards: You agree to adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including but not limited to the avoidance of plagiarism, fabrication of data, and misrepresentation of authorship.

3. Publication Process

3.1 Submission: Upon submission, your work will undergo a review process by our editorial team. Track2Training Books reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to any submitted work.

3.2 Editing: If your work is accepted, it may be subject to editorial revisions for clarity, grammar, and formatting. Any substantial changes will be communicated to you for approval before publication.

3.3 Publication: Once finalized, your work will be published on the Track2Training Books platform and made available under the agreed-upon open access license.

4. Rights and Ownership

4.1 Author Rights: As the author, you retain the copyright to your work. You grant Track2Training Books a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, distribute, and promote your work in all media formats.

4.2 Third-Party Rights: You must ensure that any third-party content included in your work is properly licensed and credited. You agree to indemnify Track2Training Books against any claims arising from the use of third-party content in your work.

4.3 Distribution: Track2Training Books reserves the right to distribute your work through various channels, including but not limited to online repositories, libraries, and academic networks, to maximize its reach and impact.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Publication Fee: Track2Training Books may charge a publication fee to cover the costs of the open access model. The fee structure will be communicated to you prior to publication, and payment is required before the work is published.

5.2 Fee Waivers: Fee waivers or discounts may be available for authors from developing countries, non-profit organizations, or under specific circumstances. Such requests must be made during the submission process.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee: While Track2Training Books strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of published works, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any work published under our platform.

6.2 Liability: Track2Training Books shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the publication or use of your work, including but not limited to infringement claims, loss of data, or reputational harm.

7. Amendments

7.1 Changes to Terms: Track2Training Books reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued submission or publication under these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
